Shipping Update: COVID19
As we rely on supplies from outside vendors, orders may be slightly delayed past our posted shipping timeframe. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our small business.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, please allow up to 10-14 business days for shipment. Often orders go out sooner but these guidelines allow for fabric availability (due to COVID-19 delays), fabrics en route to our studio or out of stock. Please contact us if you need something sooner.
Packages ship via USPS with tracking provided. Shipping is calculated by weight automatically during checkout. Upgrading to Priority Mail does not shorten our order processing time, you will just get it faster once it has shipped.
International Orders: We do not ship internationally at the moment.
The majority of covers in display photos on our website are 20” or 22” with a 2” larger down insert. Keep in mind inserts vary widely by manufacturer and you may need to go up or down in size to get the desired look.
Please be careful with the zipper seams when you stuff it with your insert. Our seams are reinforced, but excessive strain on them causes damage.
We suggest the following.....
1. Lay your insert face up with the opened zipper on the bottom.
2. Fold your insert in half BEFORE placing it inside the cover
3. Once the insert is fully inside and has cleared the zipper opening, then fluff insert to lay flat.
Returns and Exchanges must be placed within 7 Business Days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Exchanged merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed and unused. Return postage for exchanges is at the buyer's expense and we must receive within 7 days of exchange approval. Once we receive your return, we will begin processing the exchange and send notification and invoice for overage or shipping once it is complete. Any exchange credits must to be used within 180 days.
Special order sizes are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
Orders begin processing immediately and unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders for any reason. Because of the made to order nature of our products, your payment is processed at the time of the order. Orders are submitted to print after authorization and cannot be cancelled, modified or changed.
Items may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate a defect. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand made products. Care is taken prior to shipment to verify that our high standards in design and craftsmanship have been met. Our items are inspected prior to shipment, but damages and order errors do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage or missing items within 48 hours and we will quickly process a replacement in the same style that was ordered.
We occasionally will run sales via our instagram account. (@fiberandfill) Prior purchases are excluded from these sales and any promotions that apply.
We highly recommend spot cleaning to preserve the vibrancy of our prints however if you need to wash, we recommend hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.
